The photo is the 160,000 sq ft. Target store in the Fenway section of Boston. This project was a complete fit-out in a new high-rise building in Downtown Boston.
The scope of work was to complete new service feeders, panelboards, switchgear, and lighting controls. Installation of energy management system, fire alarm system, card access system, burglar system, and communications tele/data systems. This project was completed in 5 months with a crew of over 50 electricians.
This is the largest City Target store in the country.
Averill Electric was selected to provide complete electrical and fire alarm fit up of the first Flagship Primark retail store located in Downtown crossing in the heart of Boston.
This project was completed in 6 months with over 100,000 sq ft. of space on four floors. The General Contractor JT Magen Inc., from New York City, was challenged to open this store with an aggressive schedule.
