Averill Electric was selected to provide complete electrical services for this Five-Star Hotel renovation and addition project.

We installed Lutron Dimming systems in new state of the art meeting rooms and throughout the hotel spaces. This highly sensitive owner required renovations be completed without effecting the hotels guests.

From the hotel lobby, dining rooms, guest suites, kitchens, meeting rooms and common corridors, Averill Electric electricians and technicians completed a major renovations while maitaining a low profile, so as to not disturb the guests.
